So, you have heard of the hamburger. I made a ham-burger that was fantastic.

-Take a ham patty, I used Hormel because it is gluten free. Bread the ham with some gluten free breadcrumbs. I seasoned the breadcrumbs with dried onion, thyme, paprika, and pepper.
-Fry the ham in a little bit of olive oil until brown.
-Top with cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, what ever you can think of.
