I wrote a crepe recipe a while back, but I just got this Le Creuset crepe pan so I had to try it out. Needless to say I was not disappointed. This was so much fun.
Basic ingredients:
2 while eggs
1 tablespoon water
salt and pepper
1/2 to 1 tablespoon butter before making each crepe
Hormel bacon bits
Swiss cheese
